Modern-style slab patio, Mount Pleasant
This transformation included excavation, base prep, installation of granite gravel permeable base materials, compaction, and installation of a 1,500 square foot Techo-bloc Blu Grande slab patio, in Greyed Nickel. We also further amended drainage issues due to high clay with installation of an extensive French drain system beneath the patio.
Tranquil pond side pathway & patio
Complete overhaul of existing space including grading, planting, irrigation, installation of permeable base and river rock pebble pathway. Our goal was to make this narrow backyard an area that the client could fully enjoy.
Small patio upgrade
For this small patio upgrade we transformed a plain concrete slab and replaced with beautiful Techo-bloc Eva pavers in shale grey color, along with plantings to better delineate the space.
